Tournament Entry Info.

If you are interested in entering a team or playing in the tournament, you must submit your name(s) in the entry form below. Due to time constraints, the tournament will be limited to 10 teams. Updates on entries will be provided on the home page.

Teams shall consist of a minimum of FOUR players, but may include any number of additional players. However, all players must be included in the entry form below, and once a player has joined a team, that player can only play for that team for the rest of the tournament.

If you would like to play in the tournament, you and your team must be willing to be present and compete in the tournament from your team's scheduled first game (as early as 10:30 a.m.), to when your team is eliminated or until the end of the championship game. A rough schedule will be posted at least one week prior to the tournament.

Before each game, each team captain shall submit a roster of at least 4 players for that game. Only those players on the submitted roster may play in that game.
