2012 Tournament Summary
ROLL PRIDE! The POTW juggernaut continued their wiffle dominance by repeating as champions in
2012, and claiming 3 of the last 4 titles. Reloaded with the likes of Ros-K.O. Sopiwnik, David Boy of Septemberson,
John Ricci-Bobby, Sam Malone Bircher, Brad GrandSlamley, and Michael Face Plante, this team is a heavily favored pre-season
#1. Whifflers
Row was not unbeatable, however. The upstart Meistergators proved to have some bite by chomping down a "regular" season
victory over the Pride. Meistergators claimed the Donovan Division Title, but fell short of wiffle glory in a re-match
with the Pride in the Championship. The Hume Division Champion Sickness also blanketed POTW early in the tourney, only
to fall just short to the same in the playoffs. The Killer B's were inches away from a playoff birth again in 2012, while the On-Calls
drowned in their own filth. Mullany's Disciples were uncharacteristically inconsistent, likely resulting from the
lack of an OBP leader. The Homeboys narrowly escaped shame yet again, and the rest is Bull Schmidt.
